Our Woof-tastic Delivery Service
At Barkable, we strive to ensure your superhero pup gets their treats as quickly as possible. Here’s how our delivery service works:
Speedy Delivery
We aim to ship items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Delivery times can vary with bank holidays and weekends, but we estimate you should receive your order within 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Delivery Details
We are still a young pup of a company so currently only ship to mainland UK.
Delivery is free for orders over £25.00.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
All packed orders are sent 2nd class Royal Mail and should arrive within 48 hours, subject to holidays and weekends.
Convenience
You can specify a different delivery address than your payment address for your convenience.
Larger deliveries may require a signature. If you’re not home, a card will be left telling you where you can collect your package.

We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our returns policy:
Returning Items
Let us know that you will be returning the item by emailing customerservice@barkable.co.uk.
Consumable goods are exempt from returns as they are perishable.
Refunds
If you change your mind about a purchase within 3 working days after delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price and the original postage and packaging charges made.
Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund if the goods provided are faulty or not as described, within 7 working days of purchase.
If you think the item was not as described or is faulty, contact us first before requesting a refund by emailing customerservice@barkable.co.uk.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account or card statement, and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
Sale Items and Discounts
If an item was purchased with a discount voucher, we will only refund the amount you paid (not the listed amount).
Sale items are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind.
