Where is my Barkable order?
We aim to ship items within 24hrs of receiving your order. Delivery times can vary with bank holidays and weekends but we estimate you should receive your order within 2-3 working days from dispatch.
I've made a payment but not received confirmation?
Have you tried checking your spam or junk folder? If there is no email there check to make sure your payment has been processed by your bank, if so please contact us on customerservice@barkable.co.uk
Can I cancel or change my Barkable order?
You can amend any orders you have with us by contacting us on customerservice@barkable.co.uk
RETURNS
What is our return policy?
If you have any issues with your product please contact us within 7 days of purchase at customerservice@barkable.co.uk for a refund or replacement of your product, T&C's apply.
How do I return my Barkable order?
When you contact us about returning your product we will give you instructions about returning your product. Please email customerservice@barkable.co.uk
Where is my refund?
If you have not received your refund within 3-4 days after receiving your "refund processed" email please contact us at customerservice@barkable.co.uk
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are Barkable's shipping options?
At the moment we only offer 2nd Class Royal mail.
How do I get free shipping on my orders?
All orders over £15 automatically qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship to outside of the UK?
We are still a young pup of a company so currently we can only ship to mainland UK.
