Barkable is a British high energy, adventure driven brand with a difference. We think it’s not just humans that need to be prepared when adventuring. Our specially developed products are the perfect accompaniment to any adventure loving dog & owner, and our treats are full of slow burning energy for fast paced adventures. - We aim to ship all orders within 24hrs of receiving them if ordered before 4pm.
- Orders placed after the relevant cut off time will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
- Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after the relevant cut-off time on Friday (4pm) will not be processed until Monday. We do not deliver on Sundays or English Bank Holidays.
- All packed orders are sent 2nd class royal mail.
- We aim for them to arrive within 48 hours subject to holidays such as Bank Holidays and weekends where it may take more time.
- You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
- Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left at home but taken to your local post office if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
